Originally from Ukraine, Nonna has spent the last 20 years living in Bologna, the culinary heart of Italy. Together, Nonni are excited to share their passion for homemade pasta, family traditions, and the flavors of authentic Italian cooking.
During This Hands-On Workshop You Will:
🍝 Make fresh tagliatelle pasta from scratch
🌈 Create three naturally colored pasta doughs using all-natural ingredients
🎀 Learn to shape classic bow tie (farfalle) pasta
🥟 Explore the art of tortellini making and discuss a variety of delicious filling ideas
📖 Receive recipes for homemade pasta and simple Italian sauces
