In this workshop we’ll introduce the importance of approaching medicinal mushrooms as beings that we relate to, rather than as supplements we use. We’ll cover dosing, how to prepare your mind, body, heart and spirit for working with these powerful helpers, and also how to integrate your experiences afterwards.
