WHAT WE'LL COVER
🍄 Mushroom cultivation fundamentals
🍄 Agar to grain transfers
🍄 Liquid culture and inoculation techniques
🍄 Grain preparation and sterilization concepts
🍄 Coco coir substrate
🍄 Master's Mix substrate
🍄 Straw substrate
🍄 Cold pasteurization methods
🍄 Spawn-to-substrate transfers
🍄 Fruiting conditions and harvesting
🍄 Contamination prevention and troubleshooting
🎁 FREE OYSTER MUSHROOM GROW KITS
The first 25 registered participants will receive a FREE oyster mushroom grow kit.
Each kit includes:
• 1 Colonized Oyster Mushroom Grain Bag
• 1 Cold Pasteurized Straw Substrate Bag
Participants will perform a hands-on grain-to-straw transfer during the workshop and take their kit home to continue growing mushrooms.
IMPORTANT GROW KIT INFORMATION
✔ Registration is required
✔ Participants must arrive and check in by 12:20 PM to claim their grow kit
✔ Unclaimed kits may be reassigned after 12:20 PM to individuals on the waiting list
✔ Limit one grow kit per family
✔ No experience necessary
✔ Family friendly
