Join us for an interactive mushroom cultivation workshop with Acadiana Myco! 🌱🍄
This month, we’ll dive into grain transfers and inoculation techniques:
• Grain transfers into substrate
• Inoculating sterilized grain jars with agar
• Hands-on practice with oyster mushroom cultures
👉 We’ll have 19 sterilized grain jars and several varieties of myceliated oyster mushrooms on plates ready to go.
💲 $25 donation (if you’d like to start your own project) includes:
• Inoculation of a quart jar with oyster mushroom mycelium
• Guidance from experienced members
• The chance to bring your jar home, let it colonize, and return next month to continue the process
• A delicious harvest of oyster mushrooms at the end! 🍽️
