Join us for a hands-on introduction to backyard composting with Crystal Walker, aka the Compost Fairy. Crystal is an Oklahoma County Master Composter and Master Gardener with over seven years of composting experience and a passion for helping people turn everyday waste into healthy, nutrient-rich soil.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of composting, including different composting methods, what materials belong in a compost pile, how to maintain a healthy system, and common troubleshooting tips.
