Monthly Yoga Workshop – September - 4 Week Yoga Workshop
This September, we invite you to join us for a calming and powerful exploration into Dharana, the yogic practice of focused concentration.
Together, we will meet every Sunday morning and learn how to gently train the mind to rest in the here and now.
