Crisp air, falling leaves, and wagging tails — it must be fall in the park! 🍁 What better time to give your pup the gift of better manners and stronger focus? Scarlet is kicking off a 4-week Dog Training 101 course right in the heart of Portage at Founders Square.
Each 1-hour Saturday session is designed to help you and your dog build the foundation for lifelong good behavior. You’ll learn how to get reliable sits and downs, practice stays that hold up even when squirrels dart by, and polish leash walking so your strolls through the neighborhood feel breezy and fun.
🌟 Why now? Because fall is full of distractions — farmers markets, football games, trick-or-treaters — and the holidays aren’t far behind. Training now means you’ll head into the season with a calmer, more confident dog who’s ready to shine when company comes over.
🐾 Friendly dogs of all ages are welcome!
✨ What you’ll need:
Flat collar or harness (martingale if needed)
6-ft leash + 15-ft long line
❌ No retractable leashes, please!
Treat pouch/fanny pack
A mix of high-value treats + kibble
Clicker (optional)
Your pup’s tail-wagging enthusiasm 🎉
