St. Peter’s Episcopal Church is delighted to serve as a FREE community hub during the Phoenixville Summer Garden Tour 2026!
This year’s theme — “Bird Up! Elevating Bird-Friendly Gardens” — invites us to imagine our yards, gardens, and shared spaces as places where birds, pollinators, and people can thrive together.
Whether or not you purchase a ticket to the full Phoenixville Summer Garden Tour, everyone is welcome at St. Peter’s for a day of learning, creativity, habitat inspiration, and family-friendly fun.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT ✨
? Native Plant Sale with Behmerwald Nursery (10 AM – 2 PM)
Shop bird-friendly native plants and chat with experts about what works best in your own yard.
? Nature Journaling with Award-Winning Artist Jolie Chylack (10 AM – 2 PM)
Slow down, observe closely, and explore creative ways to connect with nature.
? Live Ambassador Raptors from Indian Run Environmental Education Center (11 AM – 2 PM)
Meet live birds of prey up close and learn more about the incredible native birds that share our region.
? Learn about:
• Bird-friendly gardening
• The Bird Habitat Recognition Program
• Bird-strike prevention
• Native plants for pollinators and wildlife
• Community climate action and creation care
? Meet community partners including:
Phoenixville Green Team • Phoenixville Area Transition • Valley Forge Audubon Society • Bird Town Pennsylvania • Pennsylvania Interfaith Power & Light • and more!
Visitors are also invited to explore St. Peter’s beautiful bird-friendly cloister garden and grounds throughout the day.
?️ Free parking available at the Phoenixville Area Senior Center (153 Church Street), first come, first served.
