This guided paint and wellness workshop is an invitation to slow down release and reset. Let Go combines painting sound healing and gentle reflection to help you breathe out what you are ready to release and create space for peace and joy.
You will paint a guided piece on your choice of canvas size while calming sound healing supports the room. Tea from The Spice and Tea Exchange will be served and the atmosphere will be quiet warm and welcoming. No painting experience is needed and sharing is always optional.
February at Solstice continues our focus on love and care, including love for ourselves and the spaces we need to protect and nurture.
