We will begin the morning by planting 700 seedlings before being joined by local Kaurna and Peramangk man Uncle Ivan-Tiwu Copley, who will be yarning with us over some lunch, offering an opportunity to openly listen, learn, and reflect together as part of National Reconciliation Week.
You'll spend the day caring for Country, while improving your own wellbeing and creating a renewed sense of community.
A free lunch will be provided, and you'll also receive a native bush food seedling sourced from Red Centre Enterprises - a First Nations organisation - so you can take a piece of the Urban Shade Forests home with you!
