February Plant Spirit~ Rose 🌹Rose is one of our oldest and most beloved plant allies. She is woven through herbal medicine, ritual, and folklore across cultures. She has long been used to soothe the nervous system, support the heart, and tend emotional wounds, while also teaching us about beauty, boundaries, and devotion.
In this Green Community gathering, we will explore Rose as both plant and spirit, learning her traditional uses while also leaning into her essence teachings.
At this gathering we will✨
• Learn about Rose’s medicinal properties and traditional herbal uses
• Explore Rose as a heart-centered ally for emotional balance and nervous system support
• Connect with Rose through guided plant spirit meditation & sound bath
• Discuss her symbolism in folk magic, ritual, and myth
• Share in community reflection while sipping Rose tea prepared with intention
Rose teaches us that the heart is not meant to be armored, nor unguarded, but wisely tended. She reminds us that softness and strength are not opposites, and that reverence can be practiced in everyday life.

Green Community: Working With Plant Spirit is a once monthly container devoted to meeting one plant at a time through education, ritual, handcrafting, and sound. Together, we will move through the year building relationship with the green world in a grounded, accessible, and reverent way.
