Join us for Vibe & Thrive: A Holistic Wellness Circle, a community-led gathering focused on holistic health, mindful living, and personal wellness. Each week, we’ll explore a different theme—ranging from food and movement to emotional well-being, supplements, stress, natural remedies, and more. This is a welcoming, open forum where all voices are encouraged, and no prior experience is needed.
What to Expect:

Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or deepening your existing practice, this circle is a space to learn, reflect, and grow—together.
🕒 When: Weekly, 1-hour sessions on Fridays at 12:45pm (we are skipping Fri, Aug 29th due to the holiday weekend)

About Diane Friedberg:
Diane Friedberg’s 30 year career span has been in both the holistic healing arts as well as the corporate business arena. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and studied with The American Holistic College of Nutrition. Diane is also a certified HeartMath Coach, a Reiki practitioner, and trained in PureBioenergy.
