Join us for Nourish — a full-day village gathering designed especially for mothers and their bubs in arms. Held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Shambala Nature Retreat, Osmington, this is your time to pause, connect, and recharge in the sanctuary of nature.✨ What to expect:
Restorative Yoga with Lena — gentle movement to ground and release.
Sharing Circle with Angela — a space to be heard, seen, and supported.
Elemental Alchemy with Aimee — nourishing practices for deep self-connection.
The day is designed with mothers’ and babies’ rhythms in mind: plenty of spaciousness for feeding, sleeping, and integration, as well as moments to wander the land, sit quietly with the trees, or simply exhale.
