## True Leadership Through Understanding Life Itself
### Discover the Greatness Already Within You
Many people spend their lives searching for confidence, leadership and purpose.
Yet these qualities do not come from outside us.
They emerge when we begin to understand who we truly are.
In Shinshin Toitsu Aikido (Ki Aikido), our purpose is not simply to learn martial arts techniques.
Rather, we study the principles that sustain life itself.
Human beings are sustained by the same natural principles that sustain Heaven and Earth.
When we learn to live in accordance with these principles, abilities that have always existed within us begin to emerge naturally.
True confidence appears.
Calmness under pressure appears.
Leadership appears.
Not because these qualities are imposed from outside, but because they arise from our true nature.
## What We Will Practise
During this visit to Kuala Lumpur, I will focus primarily on practical training that can be applied in everyday life.
We will explore:
✓ Natural posture
✓ Breathing methods for calmness and concentration
✓ How to relax without losing strength
✓ How people naturally synchronize with one another
✓ How relationships can change from conflict to cooperation
✓ How to move in harmony rather than opposition
✓ How our natural abilities emerge when we stop fighting ourselves
We will also introduce a traditional Ki Aikido practice known as **Ki no Teate (Ki Care Method).**
Through touch and connection, we learn how to support another person's natural vitality and encourage the full expression of the life force they already possess.
The purpose is not to control others.
The purpose is not to impose our will.
The purpose is to discover how both ourselves and others can flourish together.

True leadership allows both ourselves and others to express their abilities fully.
When everyone contributes what they possess, new possibilities emerge that none of us could discover alone.

## 生命そのものを理解することによる真のリーダーシップ
### あなたの中に既にある偉大さに気付くために
多くの人は、自信やリーダーシップ、生きる目的を外に求めています。
しかし、それらは外から与えられるものではありません。
本来の自分自身を理解し始めた時、自然に現れてくるものです。
心身統一合気道の目的は、単に武道の技を学ぶことではありません。
私たちは生命そのものを支えている原理を学びます。
人間は天地を支えている自然の原理によって生かされています。
その原理に沿って生きることを学ぶ時、本来備わっている能力が自然に発揮され始めます。
真の自信が現れます。
困難の中でも落ち着いていられる力が現れます。
リーダーシップが現れます。
それは外から与えられたものではなく、本来の自分から現れるものです。
## 今回お伝えする内容
今回のクアラルンプール滞在では、日常生活や社会生活に生かせる実践を中心にお伝えします。

また、**氣の手当て法**もご紹介します。
相手に触れ、その人が本来持っている生命力そのものを応援することで、その生命力が十分に発揮されるよう手助けする稽古です。
目的は相手を支配することではありません。
自分の考えを押し付けることでもありません。
自分も相手も共に生かされる道を学ぶことです。
