A guided workshop on conscious connection
What happens when we slow down in intimacy?
When we become more honest — with ourselves and with another?
This workshop is an invitation to explore intimacy beyond performance, expectation, or habit.
Together, we create a space where presence, honesty, and connection can unfold in a simple and human way.
Through a series of guided exercises, we will explore:
•how to listen to the body instead of the mind
•how to communicate desires, boundaries, and vulnerabilities
•how to meet another person with presence and authenticity
•how intimacy can become more grounded, real, and alive
The workshop includes:
🧘 grounding and body awareness
👁️ eye contact and presence practices
🗣️ guided partner communication (inspired by empathic communication)
✋ simple, optional touch exercises (always within clear boundaries)
This is not a sexual space.
There will be no nudity or sexual interaction.
Rather, it is a space to explore the foundations of intimacy — awareness, honesty, and connection — which can later be brought into your own relationships and private life.
You can join:
•alone
•with a partner
•or simply with curiosity
No prior experience is needed.

Luca hosts workshops in embodied connection, authentic relating, and conscious communication. His work invites people out of the mind and into direct experience — where real connection becomes possible.
