Following Samhain, we will gather in circle to honor the ones who came before us. This evening is about remembering our mothers, grandmothers, and lineage - and letting go of what no longer belongs to us.
What’s included:
• Surround sound headphones → a private, immersive sound journey inside a shared circle.
• Opening ritual + gentle movement → to arrive in the body and call in the ancestors.
• Elemental Rhythm breathwork journey → guided through headphones with live sound healing woven in.
• Somatic + trauma release practices, such as:
-Heart coherence breathing
-Muscle tension + release (body squeeze)
-Shaking + tremoring
-Grounding + integration touch points
-Vocal/sound release
• Ancestral ritual + reflection — women are invited to bring an item for the altar (a photo, heirloom, or symbol of someone in their lineage). Together, we’ll honor and release.
• Closing integration → reflection, grounding, and take-home practices.
Intention:
This circle is a space of remembrance and reclamation. You’ll leave lighter, rooted, and connected to the wisdom and strength of those who walked before you, with practices you can continue at home and an altar experience that anchors the sacred in your own hands.
🌹 Participant Prep:
To prepare for this circle, please bring a small item for our community altar. This could be a photo, heirloom, piece of jewelry, flower, or symbol of someone in your lineage you wish to honor. The altar will hold our collective remembrance as we breathe, move, and release together. You’ll take your item home at the end of the evening, carrying the blessing forward.
