Join me Susie Gessey for an uplifting and inspiring day immersing into the wonderful self healing world of Bach flower remedies
During this workshop we will discuss Dr Bach’s remarkable work introducing the concept of nature offering us flower remedies to support our emotional and mental health.
He created 38 beautiful non invasive remedies that can be taken alongside any other allopathic or complimentary therapy.
I will introduce you to these remedies, how they work and how they can benefit you.
You will also have the opportunity to create your own bespoke Bach flower remedy mix to take home with you to use once you have learned what you need on the workshop.
