Each TALKer will share a personal connection to a woman whose legacy lives on in her own life, reminding us that history is not distant. The Long Road to Forgiveness
For over 14 years, Dawna has been on a deep healing journey, one that began with talk therapy as she worked through CPTSD and sought to reclaim her sense of self. When traditional therapy no longer felt like enough, she turned inward and discovered the power of embodied healing. Through yoga, yoga Nidra, kundalini, and many other self-healing modalities, she found a way to move beyond survival and into true inner peace and empowerment. Healing wasn’t just about talking, it was about feeling, releasing, and reconnecting with her body, mind and soul. Now, she uses real-world experience to guide others through their own transformation. Whether you're navigating trauma, seeking self-love, or simply craving a more content and grounded life, she is equipped to hold space for your journey, just as she has done for herself.

This talk honours lineage and the women whose lives made our own possible. I will share about my grandmother, a woman who embodied quiet strength, devotion, and deep presence, and how her life shaped the way I understand what it means to live fully in the body. Through her, I stand here in freedom and power, carrying her wisdom forward in how I live and what I teach.Gillian is an initiated Priestess, International Soul Coaching® Trainer, Feng Shui Master, and Energy Healer with over two decades of experience guiding others into deeper connection with themselves. Often described as a “midwife to wisdom,” she supports people in remembering their innate strength, intuition, and soul truth. Gillian’s work is rooted in presence, embodiment, and the remembrance of what it means to live with heart, purpose, and authenticity.
