🌸 Spring Equinox Womb Circle 🌸An evening of grounding, renewal, and reconnection
I’m so happy to share that I will be hosting a Spring Equinox Womb Circle — a gentle, intentional gathering to honor the seasonal shift into light, growth, and new beginnings.
The Spring Equinox is a powerful threshold: a moment of balance between dark and light, rest and emergence. This circle is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of the womb as we step into a new season.
This circle will include:
🌿 gentle movement and breath
🌿 nervous system regulation
🌿 womb & pelvic awareness
🌿 reflection, rest, and being witnessed in community
No prior experience is needed. You don’t need to be in any particular phase of your cycle. If you feel drawn, you belong.
