Life’s storms can leave us feeling unsteady, lost, or weighed down. This workshop is for those who’ve faced real challenges — not just “bad days,” but the deep, life-altering events that change how you see the world.
If you’ve experienced trauma, loss, difficult relationships, burnout, or times where you’ve felt broken, this space is for you. You do not need to share your story — just bring yourself exactly as you are.
This 90-minute session offers a gentle, supportive environment to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of you that are still whole and hopeful.
Through meditation, creative reflection, and strategies we'll explore:

About Your Facilitator
I’m Seka Jankovic, founder of Calm Lotus Counselling.
With many years experience supporting people through grief, trauma, anxiety, addiction recovery, and life transitions, I combine evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a deeply human, compassionate style.
I believe healing is not about “fixing yourself” — it’s about finding your own steady ground, building self-trust, and reconnecting with joy. My work blends counselling, creative expression, mindfulness, and trauma-aware practices so you can take away practical tools you can actually use in your daily life.
About the Venue – Allambee Sanctuary
Nestled in a serene natural setting, Allambee Sanctuary offers a peaceful escape from the noise and rush of everyday life. With its open spaces, fresh air, and gentle atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
Many people tell me that simply being here feels like therapy. The space itself is part of the healing process.
