As we move toward Ostara and the Spring Equinox, Sacred Oaks CUUPS invites you to spend part of a Sunday slowing down, reflecting, and exploring practices that help us notice what’s beginning to grow, in ourselves, in community, and in the season around us.
This is a flexible, come-for-what-fits-you kind of day. You’re welcome to join us for a single workshop, stay for the full flow, or step in and out as your energy allows. All offerings are designed to be accessible and low-pressure, listening and observing are always welcome forms of participation.
At the heart of the day, we’ll gather for an Ostara Unitarian Universalist worship service led by Sheila, honoring the Spring Equinox as a gentle turning toward renewal and new growth.
🔮 Morning Workshops (10:15–10:45 AM)
Two concurrent workshops will be offered. Choose the one that calls to you.
1) Pendulum Divination: An Introductory Workshop (Location: Room TBD) - A hands-on introduction to pendulum divination, including simple calibration and practice techniques. Led by Michael Wells.
2) Breathwork Practicum - Gentle, accessible breath practices for grounding, awareness, and nervous system support as the season shifts.
🕊 Ostara UU Service : 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
🌿 Afternoon Workshops (12:30–1:30 PM)
Following worship and coffee hour, we’ll offer a deeper round of exploration.
1) Developing your psychic senses (90 minutes) (Location: Room TBD)- We all have psychic and intuitive abilities. Learn how to develop and practice yours. We will learn about reading and sensing energy and do some exercises to help you identify your abilities. Led by Ellen Sattler.
2) Astrology: Working with Natal Charts (Location: Room TBD)
Exploring natal charts as lived spiritual tools, with an emphasis on practical application rather than technical theory. Led by Melissa.
