Start your new year with a transformative inner journey through Grof® Breathwork, a powerful method of self-exploration and psychotherapy developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof.
Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern consciousness research, Grof® Breathwork combines:

This unique combination helps release bioenergetic and emotional blocks, opening access to deep, non-ordinary (holotropic) states of consciousness. In these states, we awaken our inner healing intelligence — allowing for profound emotional release, self-insight, and transformation that can go beyond traditional talk therapy.
🌀 What to Expect
Participants work in pairs, alternating as breathers and sitters.
Each day includes:
An around 3-hour breathwork session
Mandala drawing and personal reflection
A facilitated sharing circle for integration
A week later, we meet again online for an integration session to support your continued process.
No prior experience is required.
Grof® Breathwork is the original method of holotropic breathwork as Stan Grof wishes it to be practiced and taught.
