What better way to start a Sunday than gathering for an uplifting, ecstatic dance morning — where everyone, including kids, is welcome?
This is a sober, playful, and heart-opening space where adults and children can move freely together. By dancing with presence and joy, we offer the younger generation a living example of creativity, embodiment, and connection — no alcohol needed 💃🕺
No kids? You’re still very welcome.
This is family-friendly, not family-only — a space for humans of all ages to enjoy music, movement, and community ✨
🌈 What to Expect
A relaxed and inclusive dance space where you can:
dance wildly or gently
stretch, do yoga, or rest
meditate, play, or simply soak in the music
Come exactly as you are — whether you’re 5 or 55 🧘‍♀️🎶
