Fight Like a Warrior Foundation is proud to launch the FLAW Warrior Mentor Academy, a two-day training experience designed to prepare compassionate individuals to walk beside people and families navigating cancer.
We are seeking cancer survivors (thrivers), caregivers, and family members whose lives have been impacted by cancer and who feel called to encourage, support, and empower others.

📚 FLAW Warrior Mentor Academy
📍 St. Bernard Parish Library
Participants will receive interactive training in:
• Leadership development
• Understanding the cancer journey
• Communication and active listening
• Emotional intelligence
• Healthy boundaries
• Supporting caregivers
• Community resources and referrals
• Real-life mentoring scenarios
Those who successfully complete the Academy will become Certified FLAW Warrior Mentors and receive an official mentor badge, certificate of completion, continuing education opportunities, quarterly mentor meetups, and membership in the FLAW Warrior Mentor Community.
FLAW is faith-forward, inclusive, and compassion-driven. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and proudly support people of all ages, genders, and cancer types.
