Learn calming breathing tools
Practice playful yoga & mindful movement
Create crafts & explore imagination

Connect with their minds, bodies, and community
In a world that moves so fast, we’re creating a space where kids can slow down, play, breathe, and simply be kids.
Be sure to bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Water bottle & snack
• Comfortable clothes
