It’s Moonlit Movement time, Spring Pink Full Moon Edition! 🌷🌸🌕💐🌺Join us next Sunday 4/13 at @themoonmercado, where music, movement, and community collide in the most magical way. ✨
Back by popular request and bringing the love vibes this month is the singular @eccentramusic 💕, who’s been gracing the Orlando scene with a soulful mix of Afro beats, house, Tantra, Latinx ritmos, and spiritual soundscapes.
Our movement merrymaking kicks off with a yummy lunar-inspired yoga flow at 6:30 pm by @igniteyourflow. 🪷🧘🏾
Next, get ready to get BODIED with CDO X Eccentra’s conscious dance set from 7:30-8:30. Around 8 pm, we’ll invite drummers to join in, amplifying the dance experience with live percussion. 💃🏽🪘🎶🕺🏻
The drum circle will carry us into the night, until we play ourselves out around 10 pm. You can pick any of these options a la carte, or do all 3 for a seamless embodiment session that will make your spirit soar! 🪘🔥🪇 🌌
