As the Super full moon illuminates the night sky, we are invited to reflect on what we have gathered and what we must release. This is a powerful time to embrace gratitude for all that serves us and gently let go of what no longer aligns with our highest good.

Join us on Friday 18th October, for a sacred evening of yin yoga and a soul-soothing sound bath under the glow of the Super Full Moon. The Hunter's Moon also known as the Falling Leavesmoon is the closest of the four Supermoons of the year. This is a time to pause, reflect, and connect with the cycles of nature as we honor the journey of letting go and making space for new blessings.

What to Expect:
🌸 Yin Yoga: Let Ninnie guide you through a deeply restorative yin practice, allowing you to sink into stillness and gently release tension, both physically and emotionally. As you hold each pose, feel the support of the Earth beneath you and open yourself to the energy of the moon above.
🔮 Sound Bath: Andy will create a soothing soundscape with analogue synths and other instruments bathing you in vibrations that encourage deep relaxation and inner peace. Let the good vibrations help you clear away what no longer serves you and make space for gratitude and renewal.
✨ Ritual of Gratitude & Release: Together, we'll set intentions of gratitude for what we've gained and consciously let go of anything that no longer aligns with our true path. This sacred ritual will help you realign with your deepest desires and welcome the abundance the universe has to offer.

About Us:

Ninnie Yeo (@ninnieyoga)
Ninnie is an architect, artist and a yoga teacher educated at the Royal College of Art, London and withh over 500HR of teacher training in alignment-based vinyasa and yin yoga. As an architect and artist she sets out to create worlds of possibilities where the experience can embody states of wholeness and ones with themselves through various scales and mediums from built projects to the imaginary. For the past two years, she has been teaching yoga, where her mission is to create that safe haven for others to land and discover yoga as a powerful practice of inner and outer transformation, whether it's in a yoga class, workshop, or retreat. She’s the co-founder of Sonal Meditation together with her brother Andy.
Andy Yeo (@hokkiensnake)
Andy is a musician, composer and artist educated at the Royal College of Music, Stockholm. Andy worked both nationally and internationally playing lead guitar in various bands and composing for contemporary dance. He’s got a background in Jazz improvisation, alternative rock and electronic music and his main instrument has been guitar but over the years this practice has evolved into a fusion with synths, drum machines and other digital mediums. Andy has also been a meditator for many years and Sonal Meditation was created with his sister Ninnie to help other meditators reach as greater state of relaxation and connection with themselves and the world around them. Peace starts within.
