About the Experience:
The Harvest Moon reminds us to pause and recognize how far we've come. It is a season of gratitude, abundance, and making room for what comes next. Before we can fully receive new opportunities, we must first release what no longer serves us.
Join us for an evening of reflection, movement, and intention beneath one of the most celebrated full moons of the year.
As the sun begins to set, Chelsea Manganaro will guide you through a gentle rooftop yoga practice focused on releasing physical tension through deep stretches, grounding movement, and heart-opening postures.
As twilight settles in, Tara Grossi will lead a powerful meditation centered on letting go of limiting beliefs, old stories, and emotional weight while creating space to welcome abundance, peace, and possibility.
This is an evening to release with intention, embrace gratitude, and open yourself to the abundance waiting ahead.
