Within the energy of the Beaver full moon brings reflection that can prompt people to consider whether they are moving too fast in life and if they are trying to do too many things at once. This full moon encourages people to engage in conversations, explore new ideas and network with others. Encourages balance to highlight the need to balance emotions with logic, and to reflect on how people communicate and make decisions. Stimulates the mind to connect with others and to think big and encourages us in letting go of what is no longer serving you.
The benefits of sound healing reduces stress and anxiety – the vibrations and sounds from instruments are thought to interact with your bodies energy centres, helping to shift your nervous system from fight or flight to a state of rest. Improved mood – Soundbaths can help you feel calmer, more relaxed and rejuvenated. Better sleep – by making you feel relaxed and improves sleep. We will start with activating our third eye and drinking blue Lotus flower tea which enhances a higher state of consciousness while cleansing and purifying our temple. As the blue Lotus flower tea activates I will talk through the energy of the Beaver full moon and the spiritual significance of the blue Lotus flower. Followed by a sound bath. You will leave feeling grounded, centred and balanced. All matts, blankets, cushions and eye masks provided. Look forward to holding space many blessings Jules.
