Welcome to an embodied journey in exploring your shadows and your light as an expansive spectrum of being, using the body as a gateway to sense, release and be a portal of freedom and aliveness. There is no light without shadow. Not one or the other. But the integration of both polarities that create the rich canvas of integrity. There is no wholeness without meeting what we try to hide.
This evening is an invitation to step into a safe and powerful space where you are guided to meet both your shadows and your light — not as concepts, but as a living, embodied experience. We invite you to connect to your shadows from a place of being centered in yourself and your essence (mentally, emotionally and in our bodies).
Together we will explore:
✨ Connection practices that invite us to notice what arises when we are truly seen — comparison, insecurity, longing, resistance.
✨ Meeting your shadow — listening to what it has protected, what it needs, and what it wants you to know.
✨ Breath, sound, and movement — to release what no longer serves and awaken the aliveness within.
✨ Celebration and gratitude — integrating both shadow and light into the fullness of being alive.
You do not need any prior experience, only the willingness to show up honestly for yourself. Everything is guided and held in a container of safety, compassion, and truth.

Immanuel Holtmannspoetter lovingly pierces through the veils of self-concealment - deconstructing what no longer serves and revealing what is ready to be reclaimed. He mirrors people’s own essence, by raising awareness, and invites the embrace of divine feminine and masculine through embodiment and deep unfurling.
Originally trained as an aircraft engineer, he has experience in Design Thinking and Agile Coaching, bridging analytical clarity with the intuitive and magical.
Now, he guides leaders through transformative journeys toward authenticity - online and in person.He is passionate about his practice as a psychosomatic practitioner, including modalities of Reiki and energetic bodywork -weaving in layers of touch, communication, embodiment, and soul-forging presence through becoming forger, forged, and anvil of one’s essence.

Ulrikke Mysen is a truth seeker, breathworker, and certified coach with a background in organizational psychology and leadership development, devoted to the mysteries of inner transformation. Her work is rooted in creating spaces where vulnerability and courage meet. She is passionate about supporting people toward clarity, deep purpose, freedom, and connection to their true essence.
With deep reverence for the paradox and complexity of being
human, Ulrikke normalizes that we all carry patterns and unconscious ways of keeping ourselves safe — and invites people to meet these layers with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.
