Dementia Carers Support Group – Care Connections Are you caring for someone with dementia?
You’re not alone.
Our Dementia Carers Group offers a safe, supportive, and understanding space for carers to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

What We Offer:
- Support: Connect with people who understand the challenges of dementia care.
- Guidance: Access expert advice from our Admiral Nurse (Dementia Specialist Nurse).
- Workshops: Learn practical tips and strategies tailored to carers.
- Friendship: Build meaningful relationships over a cup of tea/coffee and cake.

Meeting Details:
- When: Every Last Wednesday of the Month 10:30 - 11:30am
- Where: The Queen Charlotte Nursing Home, 432 Chickerell Road, Weymouth, DT3 4DQ
- Cost: Free!
