縱橫港島行 HK Island Coast to Coast (長途步行 Long Walk)

秋冬季節即將來臨，伴隨著的是清涼的天氣和早晨柔和的陽光。

活動將會以每小時平均步速4-5公里一路向東行走，並在集合點作短暫休息。

你也可以借此挑戰你的體能極限，在步伐中去感受這座城市的脈搏，或者你會有意想不到的收穫。

主綫一路平坦，適宜步行

支綫有數段斜坡，頗爲吃力

參加者無需走畢全程，可以中途加入及退出，請參考路綫圖並根據自身情況選擇合適的集合點

請自行預備所需用品，例如水，毛巾，太陽帽，步行杖/鞋，能量補充食品/飲品等等

有意參加者將可以透過Telegram群組作進一步查詢和當日安排

Difficulty

Main Route is straight and smooth, easy

Side Route is steep at times, easy to moderate

Participants do not have to walk the whole journey, you may drop in and out, please refer to the map and choose a suitable meet up point based on your own condition

Water, towel, hat, walking stick/shoes, energy bar/drink etc
