本課程在既有基礎上進一步深化，將重點放在「容器－內容物」關係中張力與壓力的動態覺察。透過操作實質性的「血液」器官，我們直接接觸靜脈與動脈的液體容量，培養對「充盈」與「空虛」的觸覺感知。學習流程由器官本體（器官內部）開始，延伸至器官之間的關係，再到其調節環境，最終落實於臨床應用中的器官具身功能。
This second class further builds the foundations, bringing awareness to the dynamics of tension and pressure in the container content relationship. Working with solid “blood” organs we come in direct contact with venous and arterial fluid-volumes, developing a tactile sense of fullness vs emptiness. We start the process working with the organ itself (inside the organ), then to the relationships of the organ, then to its regulatory environment, in order to end up with the embodied function of the organ in clinical application.

- 病理處理：鬱滯、耗竭、偏頭痛、免疫功能失調
Treating pathologies: stasis, burn out, migraine, immune dysfunctions
- 器官關聯操作：橫膈膜、腹膜、胃、大腸、心臟
Working with interrelations: diaphragm, peritoneum, stomach, large intestine, heart
肝臟與脾臟是上腹部中掌管血流與節律的核心器官。這兩個如海綿般的器官猶如姊妹——時而相似，時而截然不同。其中一者依賴靜脈充盈而懸浮，另一者則透過動脈壓力而獲得穩定。脾臟以其與血管、免疫及消化系統之間的節律性互動而著稱。因此，「節律」在治療關係與脾臟處理中皆是核心議題。肝臟組織本身並不呈現明顯主動活動，因此治療上需關注使其充盈、排空及產生形變的外在與外源性力量。
The liver and spleen are the organs of blood flow and rhythm in the upper abdomen. These two sponge-organs are like sisters: sometimes similar, sometime completely different. One is suspended by venous fullness, the other is stabilized through arterial pressure. The spleen is known for its rhythmic behavior in relationship to the vascular, immunological, and digestive systems. Therefore, rhythmicity is a major issue in the therapeutic relationship as well as the treatment of the spleen. The liver tissue itself does not express substantial motility, so we engage the external and extrinsic forces that fill and empty as well as deform the liver.
本課程聚焦於各器官的個別特質，以及它們在血液處理、腸道機械活動與代謝過程中的協同作用。同時亦會探討肝臟與脾臟在臨床上重要的具身功能特徵。肝臟是一個具有極端性與過度性的器官，擁有複雜的代謝活動與卓越的再生能力。脾臟則關乎透過分化與分離來發展個體性，並在兒童不同階段的免疫發展中扮演重要角色。血液系統中的實質器官遵循與中空臟器相同的「容器－內容物」生物力學邏輯，同時也將我們的理解推進至更深一層。
The class focuses on the individual organ characters as well as their combined efforts to work on the blood and take part in the mechanical activity and the metabolic processes of the gut. We may also bring up the clinically important features of the embodied functions of the liver and spleen. The liver is an organ of extremes and excesses, with complex metabolic activities, and amazing abilities to regenerate. The spleen is an about developing individuality through differentiation and separation, and plays a role through different stages of developing immunity in childhood. Solid organs in the blood system follow the same bio-mechanical logic of container and content we have studied in hollow viscera, but help us to develop our understanding one step further.
