【Tightrope Impro Theaterとは？】

インプロとは「即興演劇」のことを指します。Tightrope Impro Theatreでは、笑いあり涙ありのインプロショーを毎週上演しています。また、「お互いに受け入れあう」「失敗を楽しむ」「相手にいい時間を与える」などのインプロの精神を体感できる初心者でも気軽に参加できるクラスの開催、企業へのワークショップ等も行っています。MCのRinaをはじめ日本人プレイヤーも出演している国際色豊かな劇場です。

【バリアフリー情報】

メインエントランスは1階にあります。標準的な車椅子や電動車椅子が通れる幅のドアです。メインロビー、バー、劇場は車椅子でご利用いただけます。現在のところ、当劇場のお手洗いは車椅子でご利用いただけません。最も近い車椅子対応トイレは、劇場の向かいにあるマウント・プレザント・コミュニティ・センターです。営業時間は、月曜日から金曜日の午前6時から午後10時まで、土曜日の午前8時から午後6時まで、日曜日の午前9時から午後6時までです。

Ticket Information

• Price: $42 per person
• Sales Start: Sunday, March 2, at 12:00 PM
• The talk show will be conducted entirely in Japanese.
• After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with a question submission form for Yasuko. While you can also ask questions in person during the event, feel free to submit any must-ask questions in advance.
• Drinks, including alcoholic beverages, will be available for purchase at the venue. Relax and enjoy the show.
• This event will be conducted in Japanese.

What is Tightrope Impro Theatre?

"Impro" refers to improvised theatre, a live performance created in the moment. Tightrope Impro Theatre presents laughter-filled and emotional improvised shows every week. In addition, the theatre offers beginner-friendly classes where anyone can experience the core values of improv, such as accepting each other, embracing mistakes, and making your scene partners shine. They also provide corporate workshops. The theatre is home to an international cast, including Japanese performers such as MC Rina.

• The main entrance is on the ground floor, with doors wide enough to accommodate standard and electric wheelchairs.
• The main lobby, bar, and theatre are all wheelchair-accessible.
• Restroom Accessibility: Currently, the venue does not have wheelchair-accessible restrooms. The nearest accessible restroom is at Mount Pleasant Community Centre, directly across from the theatre.
