一份來自臺灣的音樂獻禮。

「福爾摩沙」意為美麗之島，是我們家鄉臺灣的溫暖別稱。本場音樂會由榮獲世界合唱大賽雙金獎的「夢蓮花讚頌合唱團」，攜手留法小提琴家、WCMA 雙金獎二胡演奏家王子承，以及佛教青年音樂人林哲安共同呈現。我們將以純淨的合唱、獨唱與器樂琴聲，圍繞著希望、感恩與內在平靜，將東西方的音樂色彩溫柔交織。

Blessings from Formosa

A heartfelt musical gift from Taiwan.

"Formosa," meaning "beautiful island," is the poetic name of our homeland, Taiwan. This gentle evening of music brings together the Dream Lotus Insightful Praises Choir, a double gold medalists at the World Choir Games, Tzu-Cheng Wang, a French-trained violinist and renowned double WCMA gold medalist on the Erhu, and AnDrew Lin, a gifted young Buddhist musician. Through the warmth of choral voices, heartfelt solos, and soulful instruments, we blend Eastern and Western melodies around themes of hope, gratitude, and inner peace.

Whether you are drawn by a love for harmony, a desire to share in the warmth of a live gathering, or simply a need for a quiet sanctuary, we welcome you. May these melodies from Formosa accompany you on a serene journey of blessing and grace.

Host: Zhen Ru

Info: Zhen Ru is a contemporary Buddhist teacher and prolific artist whose work spans music, literature, photography, and visual art. Rooted in deep reflections on life and compassion for the world, her creations offer comfort, inspiration, and a gentle invitation to discover inner strength, hope, and lasting joy.

Her musical contributions have also been recognized with Taiwan’s Golden Melody Award for Traditional Arts and Music for Best Religious Music Album. She has collaborated with distinguished artists, including violinist Hsien-Ta Su, pianists Kuan-Yu Chen and Fan-Chiang Yi, and instrumentalist Tzu-Cheng Wang. Songs composed by Zhen Ru and performed by the Malaysian duo FS have also been named among the Top 20 Hits of the Global Chinese Golden Chart.

For Zhen Ru, music is more than artistic expression; it is a practice of the heart. Created with a sincere wish for the well-being of all lives, her serene melodies offer listeners a spiritual enrichment of harmony, hope, and peace.

Info: 臺灣青年音樂創作者、編曲家及音樂製作人。自幼接受古典音樂訓練，修習鋼琴與弦樂器，在學期間曾加入台北愛樂青年管弦樂團，並獲全國高中熱音大賽冠軍。身為佛教青年音樂人，他多年來持續投入歌曲創作、音樂製作與現場演出，近年參與讚頌音樂製作及國際巡演，以細膩、清淨而真誠的音樂語言，傳遞生命中的溫暖與希望。

Andrew An-Che Lin (AnDrew)｜Singer, Arranger & Music Producer

A Taiwanese songwriter, arranger, and music producer. Trained in classical music from an early age, he studied piano and string instruments, later performing with the Taipei Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and winning first prize in Taiwan's National High School Popular Music Competition. As a gifted young Buddhist musician, he has dedicated his career to songwriting, studio production, and live performance. In recent years, he has contributed significantly to inspirational praise music productions and international concert tours, seeking to convey warmth, hope, and a spirit of serene human connection through his artistry.

Host: Tzu-Cheng Wang

Info: 臺灣指揮家、小提琴家暨二胡演奏家，畢業於法國 C.N.R. Dijon，榮獲交響樂團指揮金牌獎。自2006年起擔任夢蓮花交響樂團指揮，曾於林肯中心、華特・迪士尼音樂廳及國家音樂廳等重要場館演出。

其二胡專輯《Migtsema》獲 Global Music Awards 三項銀牌，並於2026年 World Classical Music Awards 榮獲兩項白金獎及兩項金獎，展現其融合東西方音樂傳統的跨文化藝術特色。

Tzu-Cheng Wang｜Conductor, Violinist and Erhu Instrumentalist

Tzu-Cheng Wang is a Taiwanese conductor, violinist and erhu instrumentalist whose work bridges Western classical music, Taiwanese traditions and cross-cultural artistry. He received the Gold Medal in Orchestral Conducting from C.N.R. Dijon, France, and holds a violin performance diploma from C.N.R. Rueil-Malmaison and a Bachelor of Music from Taipei National University of the Arts.

Formerly a violin professor and orchestra conductor at Chinese Culture University, Wang has conducted the Dream Lotus Symphony Orchestra since 2006. His appearances include Lincoln Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Shanghai Oriental Art Center, Victoria Concert Hall and the National Concert Hall in Taipei.

成立於2004年，致力以溫暖和諧的歌聲，分享希望、關懷與人心連結的美好。多年來持續於國際舞台演出，透過融合東西方音樂元素的作品，與不同文化背景的觀眾分享讚頌之美。2023及2024年，夢蓮花於世界合唱大賽（World Choir Games）連續榮獲雙金獎肯定。團員透過長期的共同學習與利他實踐，培養出高度的內在默契，期盼藉由音樂跨越語言與文化的界限，將來自福爾摩沙的真摯祝福帶向世界。

Dream Lotus Insightful Praises Choir
Founded in 2004, Dream Lotus Insightful Praises Choir is celebrated for its warm, harmonious sound, sharing messages of hope, kindness, and spiritual connection through music. Performing regularly on prestigious international stages, the choir beautifully blends Eastern and Western musical traditions, inviting audiences from diverse cultural backgrounds to experience the depth of inspirational choral music. Awarded double Gold Awards at the World Choir Games in both 2023 and 2024, Dream Lotus hopes to transcend the boundaries of language and culture through music, bringing the heartfelt blessings of Formosa to audiences around the world.

Host: Hao-Chun Hsu

Info: 畢業於國立臺灣師範大學音樂學系研究所，主修合唱指揮，師事翁佳芬博士，並曾受張佳韻、Sigmund Thorp、Gábor Hollerung 指導。曾於 2018、2019、2024 年獲選世界青年合唱團臺灣代表歌手。2024 年起擔任台北愛樂合唱團助理指揮，協助排練大型合唱管絃作品。現任竹友男聲合唱團、采韻合唱團、獅子會新北市 B2 區合唱團指揮，並為台北愛樂室內合唱團及看透人聲重唱團男中音。

Hao-Chun Hsu｜Conductor
Hao-Chun Hsu holds a Master’s degree in Choral Conducting from National Taiwan Normal University, where he studied with Dr. Chia-Fen Weng, and has also worked with Chia-Yun Chang, Sigmund Thorp, and Gábor Hollerung. He was selected as Taiwan’s representative singer for the World Youth Choir in 2018, 2019, and 2024. Since 2024, he has served as Assistant Conductor of the Taipei Philharmonic Chorus, assisting in the preparation of major choral-orchestral works. He is currently Conductor of Zhuyou Men’s Choir, Cai Yun Choir, and Lions Clubs International District 300B2 Choir, Guest Conductor of Sifenxi Choir, and sings baritone with the Taipei Philharmonic Chamber Choir and Canto Sei Vocal Ensemble.

Pianist
Host: Chia-I Chen

Info: 擁有臺北市立大學鋼琴演奏與音樂教育雙碩士學位，目前於臺北市擔任專職音樂教師。作為一名出色的鋼琴合作演奏家，陳珈儀長期與夢蓮花讚頌合唱團共同演出。她以扎實的古典鋼琴造詣與卓越的合作技巧，用黑白鍵交織出細膩而深邃的藝術氛圍，在琴聲中傳遞溫暖，溫柔地烘托著每一首心靈的歌聲。

Chia-I Chen｜Pianist
Chia-I Chen holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a Master’s degree in Piano Performance and Music Education from the University of Taipei, currently serving as a dedicated music educator in Taipei City. As an accomplished collaborative pianist, Chen frequently performs with the Dream Lotus Insightful Praises Choir. Combining her rigorous classical piano training with exceptional collaborative skills, her refined artistry provides a warm, deep, and sensitive foundation that beautifully elevates every choral melody.
