菲律賓魔杖是菲律賓武術體系的其中一種兵器技術，由古代菲律賓刀劍搏擊術演變而來。菲律賓魔杖是菲律賓人民透過對抗外敵入侵時，改良和訓練出來的一種自衛術。在現代，世界多國的自衛術訓練體系中，都會使用菲律賓魔杖中的技法。

This self-defense workshop not only teaches practical techniques using the Filipino stick fighting system but also encourages a creative perspective on exploring the limitless possibilities of everyday items around us.

Filipino stick fighting, part of the Filipino martial arts system, originates from ancient Filipino sword and knife combat techniques. It was developed and refined by the Filipino people as a means of self-defense during battles against foreign invaders. Today, techniques from Filipino stick fighting are incorporated into self-defense training systems worldwide.
