We’re pleased to announce that the PBA is hosting a FREE Community CPR & Defibrillator Awareness Session in partnership with the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust.
🗓️ Wednesday 5th August
🕦 Arrive from 11:30am
🕛 Session starts at 12:00pm
📍 PBA – Port of Bristol Sports & Community Hub
This hands-on session is open to everyone and will teach you simple but vital skills that could one day save a life.
You’ll learn:
❤️ How to recognise a cardiac arrest
🫀 How to perform CPR
⚡ How to use a defibrillator safely and confidently
🙋 Practical demonstrations and the chance to ask questions
We also have a public defibrillator on site at the PBA, so we think it’s really important that as many people as possible know the basics and feel confident using it if they ever needed to. You never know when these skills could make all the difference.
