The Ultimate Winter Morning
Come join us for a Winter Reset two hour retreat on Sunday 17 November 2024 at the most beautiful and unique countryside Bogland base of An Creagan -the Autumn series booked out so please reserve your space

Pretzel Play is known for its unique, high end, bespoke, nourishing experiences and we are so thrilled to create this cosy weekend experience for you to enjoy during a crisp Winter morning before the Christmas rush
*What to Expect?*
2 hours with likeminded women in a country location in rural Tyrone. The workshop is designed to allow you to unplug, unwind, and start your Sunday and the new week off right. This class creates white space to tune inward, whilst also allowing for movement of the body to process and flow stuck energy or emotions.
Start your Sunday morning the right way
� At the start of class you'll be offered a hot water & lemon to alkalise the body, herbal tea and fresh fruit. There is also homemade short bread if you need some energy first thing in the morning
�Participate in a spicy somatic stretch and flow to tune in to your inner body and give it the glow up your craving
-Help clear the cobwebs in your body and flush stuck energy and emotions using our go to tools and props including the sensory dome for fascia release, healing and stretching and yoga blocs
� At the end of practice, you will rest with a cosy, warm guided meditation for 15 mins, way beyond what your would typically do to enjoy white space (your nervous system will thank you) where you will drop into a deep, sweet period of relaxation
�Enjoy a choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or herbal tea of your choice from the coffee shop
- Take a walk on the bog boardwalk (1km) then sit around the fire pit in the great outdoors of the bog lands to finish this gorgeous morning. Enjoy chatting and letting some scripting prompts
Allow yourself a digital detox, let the issues come out of the tissues and enjoy your zen glow up
This class is suitable for all abilities. We really remain on our mats and Tara mostly cues you from her mat. There is no adjustments or hands on- you turn into your body, listen to it whisper and follow its cues.
🌅As mid morning begins, we will enjoy hot chocolate and toasted marshmallow’s at the firepit as we mingle and chat in the beautiful Tyrone Countryside and compete our self care prescription to take us through the winter months.
