Treat yourself to an afternoon of introspection, relaxation and stillness amongst the busyness of Christmas with this yoga and soundbowl event.

Join Heather (Tap Into Your Magic) and Rachel (Rachs Wellness Loft) as they guide you through a 3 hour mini retreat including:

- Opening circle + meditation
- Journaling around the themes of the Solstice with cacao
- EFT Tapping to release and let go of what no longer serves you (perfect for beginners of tapping)
- Slow flow yoga
- 1 hour Soundbowl Healing
- Closing circle

What you need?:
- You just need to bring your journal or notebook, as well as a pen to write with. We will take care of the rest.
