Here’s what’s happening in store:
📸 Polaroids & Affirmation Cards – capture special moments & get inspired.
🥑 Wellness Talk at 5pm – expert advice on nutrition, women’s cycles, running & recovery.
👟 5K Community Run at 5:30pm – a fun, inclusive run for all abilities (with warm-up & cool-down).
🛍️🫶🏻PLUS…We have some amazing goody bags to give out!
✨ Everyone joining our 5K Community Run will receive a bag filled with fuel and recovery treats to power you through training and beyond.
✨ Plus, the first 15 Great North Run participants who shop with us and present their confirmation email or Race Number on Friday will also take home their very own goody bag as an extra pre-race boost!
