Hello everyone!
❤️ As 2025 draws to a close, it's time for our hearts to rest. 🌟 In our busy daily lives, we strive to play every role well, like a continuously burning candle. Sometimes we may feel physically and mentally exhausted, unsure of what to do. The accumulation of various emotions, when we feel powerless and others can't help, is this the beginning of seeking inner strength?
This workshop, a five-sense art therapy dessert afternoon tea experience, was co-organized by Mika, a practicing counseling psychologist and painting artist from Taiwan, who excels at combining art creation with psychological counseling, and Ding-Guo, a Taiwanese pastry and barista based in France. In this five-sense experiential healing workshop, we will create with various media, combining writing and meditation, reflecting on the past year, listening to the whispering voice within, saying goodbye to the past, and looking forward to the future. This workshop requires no art background; simply bring a willingness to try. Let your creations speak for you, and in the tranquility of creation, rediscover your softer self and learn to love yourself. Each dessert is a gentle stroke of the brush, inviting you to slow your breathing, return to inner balance and peace, and engage in a dialogue with your mind and spirit, unfolding slowly through color, feeling, and taste.
| In 2.5 hours, you will experience |
