~to bring practices of gratitude, acceptance and building a life worth living into your day to day life.
~shielding techniques for protection, balance, grounding and healing.
~connect with other like hearted people in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Tea, spring water, chocolate and snacks will be provided.

Location: 380 Blindline road, Rosslyn surrounded by nature in a beautiful ten acre forest to help deepen your healing and learning experience and integrate the energies more fully.
