Join Love In Action Foundation for Love, Action & Pilates with True40 Studios — a free community wellness event designed to strengthen both mind and body.

🧘Ms Molly Grace Cortez will lead us in a Pilates in the Park session that’s fun, energizing, and welcoming for all fitness levels.

🎤 Before class begins, we’ll hear from Melanie Brunner, LICSW of Represent Wellness, LLC, who will share about the importance of mental health and how caring for your mind is just as essential as caring for your body.

💖 This event is more than a workout — it’s about connection, wellness, and giving back. Admission is free, donations are encouraged, and all proceeds support community programs through Love In Action Foundation.
