About this Event
On the last Wednesday of every April, survivors, advocates, and supporters across the world wear denim to send a clear message:
No matter what someone is wearing – tight jeans, a short skirt, or nothing at all – they don't deserve to be sexually assaulted.
This year -- thanks to the generous support of volunteers, sponsors, and our host, Champagne Tiger -- CCASA invites you to gather in person to lean into joy, celebrate our movement's resilience, and honor some of our champions from the Capitol, the media, and state agencies.
At a time when nonprofits in the anti-sexual violence movement are facing significant cuts and barriers to federal funding, CCASA is extra grateful for the individuals, organizations, and businesses who are able to donate to our work.
Registration for this event is free, and we appreciate anyone able to contribute a suggested donation of $50!
About the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault
Originally formed by rape crisis advocates in 1984, CCASA is the leading voice for Colorado’s anti-sexual violence movement.
Our 100+ members include survivors, rape crisis centers, victim advocates, and more. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, CCASA supports our members and the broader community through public policy education and advocacy, technical assistance, training, and statewide systems change.
