✨ A magical session for Primary aged children, all about exploring our emotions around changes in our lives - perfect for soothing any back to school or starting school niggles!
✨Inspired by the beautiful picture book 'Changes' by Anthony Browne, we will gently explore the concept of change, how changes make us feel, and how to navigate them mindfully using Yoga and our breath.
✨ Suitable for children starting Reception, through to starting Year Six. Please note this is an indoor session.
