Through gentle prompts and imagery, guided meditation helps individuals cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and connect with their inner selves, fostering a sense of calm and balance.During our time together I will guide you through a process of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. Through scripted meditation we awaken and strengthen your intuitive abilities and unlock the potential of your psychic senses.
Each class runs for 60 minutes and includes a beautiful sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes and more!
Held fortnightly on a Monday evening, located in Tea Tree Gully.
