Join us for an evening of relaxation, connection, and renewal created exclusively for women at Massage Journey Wellness, guided by Holistic Practitioner Tiffany Harris and Sound Practitioner Aliya Mahesania.
On Tuesday, June 30th, from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM, step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a soothing multi-instrument sound bath held by a trauma-informed sound practitioner—designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and nourish the soul.
The evening will begin with a warm welcome and introductions, giving women an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive, uplifting environment. Enjoy a complimentary tea station, bring your favorite pen and journal for reflection and intention-setting, and take time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
As the sounds of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, and healing vibrations wash over you, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. This experience is highly sensitive person, neurodivergent, and chronic illness friendly — held in a safe, intentional container where all that you are is welcome.
Whether you’re new to sound baths or a seasoned attendee, this is a beautiful opportunity to release stress, restore balance, and return home to yourself.
We’ll also share exciting announcements about upcoming women’s wellness gatherings and opportunities to continue building community together.
