Kas tunned end vahel üksi selles ebakindlas maailmas? Kas vajad kogukonda, kuhu kuuluda olles lihtsalt sina ise?
Ruum meile on Vikerteraapia mõttekoja loodud LGBT+ inimeste ja liitlaste toetamiseks mõeldud üritustesari. See on koos loodud paik, kus tunnetada kogukonna toetust, kus aeg saab rahulikult voolata ja hing ruumi juurde. Vaatame uudishimulikult enda sisse – õpime kuulama oma keha, piire austama, ja märkama seda tarkust, mis meis juba olemas on.
Sest parim, mis me enda vaimse tervise toetamiseks teha saame, on olla ühenduses: iseenda ja üksteisega. 🌿

Sarja kuues üritus, mis toimub Pride kuu alguses, keskendub häbile ja uhkusele. Õpime läbi teooria ja praktika, mis on häbi ja uhkus, kuidas on need seotud rõhumise ja traumaga ning kuidas need meie kehas avalduvad. Õhtut viivad läbi mõttekoja loojad psühholoog Laura Barbo ja somaatiline coach Joelle Marcelle Antson. Sündmus on osa Baltic Pride 2026 programmist.
Laura töötab psühholoogina Papaveri keskuses ja omab psühholoogia-nõustamise bakalureusekraadi Ardeni ülikoolist. Lisaks sellele on ta pikalt tegelenud kogemusnõustamisega, LGBT+ kogukonna sidususele kaasaaitamisega ja inimpsühholoogia keerdkäikude tundmaõppimisega. Laura kirjutas bakatöö vähemusstressist ja Eesti LGBT+ inimeste kogemustest vaimse tervise spetsialistidega.
Joelle on Strozzi Instituudi somaatiline coach ja kehatöötaja, taastava õiguse koolitaja ja Imago suhteteraapia edendaja. Ta toetab igapäevaselt LGBT+ ja neuroerinevaid inimesi ning naisi oma autentse tõe kehastamises. Lisaks korraldab ta kväärinimestele mõeldud kaisu- ja kink pidusid. Oma töös kombineerib Joelle politiseeritud somaatikat, taastavat õigust ning süsteemset pere- ja suhteteraapiat.
Harjutustes osalemine on alati vabatahtlik, mis tähendab, et igaüks saab valida, kas ja kui sügavuti ta soovib kaasa teha.
Olenevalt osalejate soovidest ja vajadustest, toimub üritus eesti või inglise keeles. Registreerimisel andke meile oma keele-eelistustest märku.

✨ Ruum meile #6 - Pride and Shame
Do you sometimes feel alone in this uncertain world? Do you long for a community where you can simply belong just as you are?
Ruum meile (A Space for Us) is a series of gatherings created by Vikerteraapia Mõttekoda (Rainbow Therapy Think Tank) to support LGBT+ people and allies. It's a space where we can co-create a sense of community, where time can slow down and the soul can find room to breathe.
Together, we look inward with curiosity — learning to listen to our bodies, to honor our boundaries, and to recognize the wisdom that already lives within us.
Because the best thing we can do for our mental wellbeing is to stay connected — to ourselves and to each other. 🌿

The sixth event in the series that kicks off Pride Month, focuses on shame and pride. Through theory and practice, we will explore what shame and pride are, how they are linked to oppression and trauma, and how they manifest in our bodies. The evening will be led by the think tank’s founders, psychologist Laura Barbo and somatic coach Joelle Marcelle Antson. The event is part of the Baltic Pride 2026 programme.
Laura works as a psychologist at the Papaver Center and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology-counseling from Arden University. In addition, she has long been involved in experiential counseling, fostering cohesion within the LGBT+ community, and exploring the complexities of human psychology. Laura wrote her bachelor’s thesis on minority stress and the experiences of Estonian LGBT+ people with mental health professionals.
Joelle is a somatic coach and bodyworker at the Strozzi Institute, a restorative justice trainer, and a Imago Relationship Therapy educator. She supports LGBT+ and neurodivergent people and women in embodying their authentic truth. Additionally, she organizes queer-only cuddle and play parties. In her work, Joelle combines politicized somatics, restorative justice, and systemic family and relationship therapy.
Participation in the exercises is always voluntary, which means that everyone can choose whether and how deeply they want to participate.
Depending on the needs and preferences of the participants, the evening will be in Estonian or in English. Let us know about your language preferences when registering.

If you want to take notes, bring something to write with and something to write on. You're also welcome to bring a water bottle, a friend, a plushie, or anything else that helps you feel at ease. We have snacks, tea, water, blankets and pillows to make your experience cosy.
