- 10:30-11:00: Welcome and introductions
- 11:00-12:00: Aerial sling (Claire - Tone & Poise)
- 12:00-12:45 Lunch
- 12:45-13:45: Yoga (Tash - Yoga with Tash)
- 13:45-14:00 Break
- 14:00-15:00: Sound bath (Posy - Smile Hi Sound Healing)
- 15:00-15:30: Tea, cake & close

~ Early Bird £85 (+booking fee) - available until 8th October
