Join us for REVIVE Release & Rest, a healing community gathering designed especially for mothers, caregivers, and women across Cincinnati who carry so much every day.

This month’s theme is “Let It Go” 🕊️ — a chance to release what’s heavy and welcome peace into your mind, body, and soul.

What to Expect:✨ Guided “Let It Go” Release Activity – Write down your struggles and watch them dissolve away in water, symbolizing freedom and new beginnings.✨ Journaling + Reflection – Take time for yourself with calming prompts.✨ Mental Health & Wellness Support – Resources, encouragement, and conversations that remind you you’re not alone.✨ Rest & Relaxation Stations – Gentle self-care practices to recharge.✨ Food • Music • Fellowship – Because healing also happens in community.
